Anti-Dandruff Shampoo and Bleaching My Hair

Sorry I haven't posted in a couple of weeks. My hair has annoyed me. At the moment I hate how it looks and I have been working hard to get it to a decent colour. Since I haven't posted in a couple of weeks I will be posting twice this week. Today's post will be about how I faded my hair more with Head and Shoulders Shampoo and how what happened to my hair after I bleached it.

So the picture on the left is how my hair was in my last post. The next picture is after using it a couple more times. Please excuse the dirty hair, it had been a long day. As you can see it faded even more and worked really well. Although the anti-dandruff shampoo worked well, I still had to bleach my hair so that I could go blonde.

The picture on the left is how much my hair had faded before I bleached my hair. It was really faded and so I thought the bleach would work well. The next picture is after I bleached my hair. As you can see I was not happy. It doesn't come across well in the picture but there was a green/blue tint to my hair that was very visible. I had no idea what to do to get rid of the colour before I went blonde, so I tried my best to lighten my roots and the rest of my hair.

The next step I took was a stupid step. I know better. I know I shouldn't have done it. But I did. I put a ash blonde hair dye over my bleached hair. That didn't work and my hair didn't change at all. I then, stupidly, put another blonde over that. I know I am an idiot and I should have left it more than a day to dye my hair again. I know I should have tried to fade the green before doing anything else, but I was desperate and very tired. The dye's I put over my hair did nothing. They lightened my roots slightly but that was it. So my next step was to try and remove the green.

I decided to use silver shampoo to see what that would do. I left it on for 20 minutes at a time and then used the conditioner for another 20. It managed to fade just enough so that it didn't look as bad. These pictures don't show it but there is still a light green/blue tint to it but it has faded quite a bit. I still cannot put a blonde on my hair because I know it won't cover the tint. I really wanted to go blonde but I know I can't.

So my hair right now is an awful colour. I have an idea on what to do now since I can't dye it blonde, but you will have to wait till my next post to see what I do. The ends of my hair are fried. I don;t know what to do right now to fix them, so any suggestions would be very appreciated. Most of my hair, surprisingly feels great. It is soft and not too damaged, but the ends are dead.

My next post will be about what I am doing to my hair now. I am not happy about ruining my hair and not being able to go blonde, but I know I will love my next colour. Sorry this post has been long winded but I had plenty of things to say since it has been so long since my last post.
